Tax Mitigation

Third House Tax Advocates will review your property tax assessment as established by the appropriate tax Assessor. This review includes a site visit(s) to the property. Land size will be verified and all improvements will be verified for all aspects pertaining to assessed value. The property will be calculated using all valuation approaches as promulgated and approved by the Department of Local Government Finance. (Reproduction Cost, Sales Comparison and Capitalized Income) We will then represent taxpayer in all conferences and negotiations with the local Assessing Official.
